Quotes and scope
Every project is governed by a written quote or agreement describing scope, timeline and price. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Payments
Payment milestones are set out in your quote. Advertising spend is paid directly by you to the ad platform and is separate from our fees.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the source code, designs and content created for you. Ad accounts, pages and Google Business Profiles remain in your name at all times.
Results
We commit to the agreed work, best practice and transparent reporting. Because search engines and ad platforms are controlled by third parties, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes or revenue.
Support
Software projects include 30 days of free bug fixes after launch. Ongoing support is available under a maintenance plan.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
